AI-generated performers are getting agents, roles, and marketing budgets. Studios see a payroll line they can delete. Actors' unions see the obvious: careers replaced by composites trained on real people's faces and voices, often without consent or compensation.
We are not asking to ban the technology. We are demanding honesty about it: every AI-generated performer clearly labeled in credits, marketing, and on screen, and no training on a performer's likeness without consent and pay.
Audiences deserve to know when there's nobody home. Performers deserve to not compete against unlabeled copies of themselves.
Make the label the law.
